New Layout

Why? Because I got fed up of looking at the last one. Yeah, I could change the colours and the banner going ove the top, but it was still the same layout. And with everyone else using it because it was the only LJ one which allows you to have a banner, it was just getting dull. I might change this one because I've found one which works better, but I need to mess around with it to make it look like I want.
