The OU course is finally over, as the ECA is now sent off. If all goes well, and there's no reason it shouldn't, I'll be at the University of Derby in September. 

I've spent all afternoon on the spring cleaning I've been wanting to get around to for ages, but there's still loads to do yet...I threw out a load of copies of job applications that I never even got a reply to most - I'd not realised how much crap with them had accumulated over the past year or so. Still, I'm hoping to get this place straightened out because if I get into Uni, I'll be moving to Derby (hopefully, NOT in student accomadation - I need room for all my books and of course, the chinchillas, which I just wouldn't get if I had to share. Plus also the prospect of having to live with one or more strangers who'd likely be younger than me doesn't appeal that much...), anyway, things would just be easier if I didn't have a load of crap to throw out as we're packing. Of course, with Laddie now gone, I don't have to worry about trying to fit him into any of my plans, though I'd always hoped that I'd have him living with me again, and I'm going to miss the old fleabag...
